The valorization of the traditional knowledge of indigenous peoples

Based on some rare domesticated plants of the foundation, JEBK DRC is active in the promotion, enhancement and conservation of the Traditional Cuisines of the different ethnic groups, especially those in the process of disappearing. In addition, the food crops of the Indigenous Peoples recently expelled from KBNP are conserved through various plant-related cultural activities within the Garden.  The valorization of the traditional knowledge of indigenous peoples finds its basis and space at JEBK DRC.
